By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown during checkout.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Consumers within the European Union also have statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days without providing a reason.
Our voluntary 30-day return period does not limit or replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

The Engel name, branding, logos and designs may not be used without our prior written permission.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Engel Media.
Shopify provides the technological infrastructure for our online store but is not the seller of the products offered by Engel.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 16 - FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions or failures of essential telecommunications or technology infrastructure.
Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on our customers.
